If the card lost or damaged,
the new card can be reissued in the service center with

Invalidation
All membership cards are valid
for one year from date of purchase. Membership cards

non-transferable. The card will be cancelled if the
violation is found. The Spot staffs will reserve the
right to ask for proper ID and signature.
