老爸七十歲生日的那天，母親告訴姊妹倆，他們的老爸得了失智症。老爸（山崎努 飾）是退休的校長，待人處世一向嚴格的他，開始出現了荒誕的行為。長女麻里（竹內結子 飾）隨著丈夫嫁到美國，一直都未能融入當地生活，次女芙美（蒼井優 飾）則因為沒能實現的夢想和沒有結果的戀情，而對人生感到徬徨。在誰也沒注意之下，老爸走失了，原來老爸的記憶一直停留在全家人最快樂的那一天…。
