多部純子與女子登山隊成員們奔波募款，為的是那一場聖母峰的遠征之夢。即便步入婚姻、成家育兒，她也未曾放下對大山的執著，這份堅毅使她成為無數女性眼中的希望之光。1975年，女子登山隊正式挑戰世界之巔。路途中遭遇雪崩重創，純子最終成為唯一一名邁向終點的登山者。她成為全球首位登頂聖母峰的女性，這項壯舉讓全世界為之震驚。然而，聚光燈帶來的名望卻成為一把雙面刃。鎂光燈過度聚焦於純子一人，導致她與隊友間產生難以彌補的隔閡。2010年，純子被確診為腹膜癌末期。面對生死關頭，她依然保持豁達，依舊與老友悅子在星空下共度露營時光。對她而言，抗癌就像是人生的另一場攀登，她決定燃燒餘生，向更高的人心巔峰挑戰。即便生活充滿挑戰，純子始終用笑容溫暖身邊的人。在作為登山家、母親與妻子的多重身分中，純子在生命的最後一刻，在那座心靈的巔峰之上，究竟看見了什麼樣的風景？

Drama that reunites director Sakamoto Junji and actress Yoshinaga Sayuri for the first time since A Chorus of Angels 13 years ago. Portrays a heroine inspired by Tabei Junko, the first woman to successfully scale Mount Everest, and her family.
In 1975, Tabe Junko conquered the world's highest summit. However, that incredible achievement not only pointed the spotlight at her friends and family, but also cast a deep shadow. In her later years, Junko (Yoshinaga) was diagnosed with a terminal illness, but she continued to full-heartedly embrace the challenge of mountain climbing.
