27歲腐女由嘉里（杉咲花 飾）多年來把所有熱情都用在追動漫、同人文上，卻始終無法喜歡真正的自己。因擔心自己孤老終生而開始相親。一次聯誼慘敗後，爛醉的她在歌舞伎町被厭世女公關「萊」（南琴奈 飾）出手相救，兩人就此展開同居生活。在萊的帶領下，由嘉里看見了全新的世界。她陸續認識王牌牛郎朝日（板垣李光人 飾）、高冷的毒舌女作家有希（蒼井優 飾），以及酒吧老闆阿新哥（澀谷清彥 飾），與眾人一起在五光十色的歌舞伎町縱情大笑的日子，讓由嘉里找到了久違的歸屬感。然而，每當看著老將「死亡」掛在嘴邊的萊，由嘉里總是無比擔心，於是她決定要不顧一切幫助萊重拾活下去的勇氣。一場關於愛、陪伴與生命抉擇的考驗隨之展開。

A human drama set in Shinjuku's Kabukicho district, depicting a world shaped by new encounters. Directed by Matsui Daigo, who is known for films such as Remain in Twilight and Just Remembering. Yukari (Sugisaki Hana) adores the manga "Meat Is Mine", but she can't bring herself to like herself. Watching her friends leave one after another due to marriage, childbirth, and other life events, she feels anxiety and impatience about continuing to live this way. One day, while passed out drunk in Kabukicho, she is rescued by Rai (Minami Kotona), a hostess harboring suicidal thoughts.
